We do all our coaching sessions virtually for your convenience and safety.  Once you sign up with us – It’s as simple as 1, 2, 3.

1. 90-Minute Introductory Session

This is our opportunity to get to know you create a plan for change based on your unique needs. We learn about your motivations and set goals that work for you.

2. Weekly Follow Ups

We follow up weekly to make minor adjustments to the path based on reflections from the week before.

3. Goal Reached, Habit Created.

By the end, we aim to reach your intended goal. More importantly we aim to create life-long habits that will continue to benefit your life even after the program has ended.
